Jika karyawati mengalami keguguran, ia diizinkan mendapatkan cuti selama 1,5 (satu setengah) bulan.
Pekerja/buruh menikah: 3 hari
Menikahkan anaknya: 2 hari
Mengkhitankan anaknya: 2 hari
Membaptiskan anaknya: 2 hari
Isteri melahirkan atau keguguran kandungan: 2 hari
Suami/isteri, orang tua/mertua atau anak atau menantu meninggal dunia: 2 hari
Anggota keluarga dalam satu rumah meninggal dunia: 1 hari
